Inwood Model by Haven Design Works

Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Haven Design Works for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best Interior Merchandising – Attached Model $400,000 to $499,999 category for the Woodberry model at Inwood. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

This warm, organic townhome model was inspired by the natural surroundings and small but hip town feel of Woodstock. The organic color palette of rust and sage greens was inspired by the wide, open spaces of the area. Rustic features like the brick wall extending through the multiple staircases, the natural brick fireplace, natural cedar mantle and found wood objects provide charm and a bit of an old world feel.

This townhome lives large with key features designed like the custom built-ins surrounding the fireplace and additional extra storage opposite the kitchen cabinetry. The unique design continues to the third floor with the wood paneled wallpaper in the guest room and corrugated metal wall in the bike-themed boys room.

This model home features a unique connection to the town of Woodstock, and special attention was paid to the community’s surroundings. Many details were incorporated into the design to really make the model feel at home in Woodstock. Haven Design Works highlighted the popular activities nearby like biking, hiking and canoeing into the model’s design.

Designating the use of space in a townhome is always critical and this model has a space for everything. The basement is perfect for entertaining, while the main floor is wide open with plenty of room to relax, cook and have friends and family join. The upper level was designed with three bedrooms and shows the perfect space for a small, growing family and room for a guest.
