Haven Design Works was recently recognized at the 40th Annual OBIE Awards with two Gold OBIEs for its work with Paran Homes for Best Interior Merchandising. These model homes are award-winning and were designed to resonate with the target markets and enhance the Paran Homes buying experience.

Haven Design Works’ Tiffany Nelson designed this model as the perfect plan for a move down, active adult buyer. The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council presents the OBIE Awards annually. The first awards were given in 1980 and named for the obelisk shape of the actual award given. This prestigious awards program has grown throughout the years to include more than 100 homebuilding, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement categories.
