Ah, the great outdoors! Georgians are fortunate to have a wide variety of state parks to choose from when they decide to enjoy nature in the summer months. So, go take a hike this Fourth of July! No really, fire up the RV and take the celebration outdoors with the Georgia State Parks’ RV Club.
This new rewards club is perfect for avid campers who frequent Georgia’s plentiful -and beautiful- state parks. It’s been shown that vacationers save money this way, but the club is offering a deal designed to add even more value to your travels. Besides a free membership to the club, participants will be rewarded with a free tenth night’s stay after having camped out for nine nights in parks. There is no timeframe in which participants have to camp out. The incentive is open to campers who have motorhomes, campers and trailers as well.
Campers can receive RV Club PassPorts from park offices or by registering online with Georgia State Parks.
With Georgia’s more than 50 state parks, there is sure to be a state park near you. State parks provide your family with an inexpensive way to spend the Fourth of July outdoors this year. Because many have historical background or battle sites, you might learn a little something about your history, too!
