FrontDoor Communities is looking to hire a Marketing Manager in its Atlanta division. The Marketing Manager will work directly with the FrontDoor Communities VP of Sales and Marketing on all marketing initiatives and manage all marketing assets for the company and its communities including website(s), print, advertising, signage and social media.

FrontDoor Communities continues to grow and expand in the Southeast, furthering its need for a Marketing Manager to work closely with the company’s VP of Sales and Marketing.

The Marketing Manager position will entail the following:

  • Direct Communication with VP of Sales & Marketing on all marketing initiatives for FrontDoor Communities and its partners.
  • Management of all marketing assets for the company and its communities including website/s, print, advertising, signage and social media.
  • Direct liaison to sales management and sales associates
  • Main contact and liaison to all vendors as it relates to marketing and sales needs.
  • Assist in coordination of all special promotional events for communities including mandatory attendance/marketing execution during these events as needed.
  • Strong communication skills as it relates to marketing materials, e-blasts, website and team communication.

Specific marketing responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage all collateral material updates for all markets.
  • Manage all media schedules and ad placements whether direct to the vendor or through the ad agencies.
  • Manage and communicate all needs to freelance designer as well as agency contacts.
  • Maintain Marketing Budget expenses by community as well as for Front Door Communities.
  • Review all marketing invoices prior to final approval by VP of Sales & Marketing.
  • Manage all offsite and onsite signage needed for all communities in each market.
  • Key person in Vendor Contact and Management.
  • Update community and company e-Newsletters with the assistance of Website team.
  • Upload/maintain all assets for all websites.
  • Handle all in-house printing needs of sales and management team as needed.
  • Weekly review of all websites for most current information and accuracy.
  • Assist VP of Sales & Marketing and Management of all sales support materials needed.
  • Develop and implement e-marketing campaigns alongside VP of Marketing and Sales per community and corporate brand.
  • Liaison to Ad Agencies & PR agencies as needed.
  • Development of special marketing reporting for measurement of media and marketing effectiveness as guided by VP of Sales and Marketing.
  • Assist VP of Sales and Marketing with Community Budget Proformas as needed.
  • Initiate all floorplan, elevation renderings and site plans needed for marketing materials.
  • Assist VP of Sales and Marketing in the development, production and installation of all sales center graphics.
  • Maintain/Monitor all brand standards at corporate and community level.
  • Manage/Maintain all marketing files for easy access by all team members at FrontDoor Communities.

This position requires travel outside the office with respect to community visits, workshops, training, etc. The Company Member is not subject to physically demanding work or exposed to any hazards as a direct result of the job. The Company Member is on call and from time to time may be required to work extended hours and weekends to attend trade shows, community events and industry meetings as appropriate.

Ideal candidates have a college degree and 5 to 7 years of relevant marketing experience. Candidates must have strong computer skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as minimal requirements and working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Photoshop and InDesign. Familiarity with CMS, web and social media is preferred.
