McKinley Homes, Northwest Exterminating and American Eagle Mortgage invite agents to earn continuing education credits and talk about termites from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday (June 18) in the Mason’s Mill Estates community in East DeKalb. Registration and breakfast begin at 9:30 a.m., and free headshots will be provided immediately following the event.
At the three-hour CE class, a Northwest Exterminating expert will review the official Georgia Wood Infestation Report and provide agents tips for protecting their clients and reducing their own liability in cases of infestation. The presentation will help agents identify conditions where termites are likely to thrive and understand different termite treatment options.
Agents can also tour the decorated model home and check out Mason’s Mill Estates. Now in Phase II of construction, the popular community has already sold 70+ homes. Additional homesites have recently become available, and construction is starting on a community pool and clubhouse.
