On today’s All About Real Estate episode, Colby Henson, Vice President of Acquisitions and Sales at Fortress Builders talks about how a truly local builder can make a huge difference in your home buying experience. Barrett Preserve
Barrett Preserve is a true active adult community that consists of 41 homes and is near closeout! Henson provides the inside detail that four new homes will be available in the upcoming months and if buyers want in, they need to act now! Located off Barrett Parkway, these new home start in the mid-$300’s and offer easy access to retail shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and Marietta Square. Kennesaw Mountain Park is also nearby with trails, historical sites and miles of scenery!
Creekview Park
Creekview Park is a charming community of only 53 new homes that feature amazing interior upgrades for an affordable price. “We feel like we really hit the mark right at Creekview Park,” states Henson. “Residents get a beautiful new home near tons of amenities at a steal of a price!” Residents will enjoy the community activities and walking trails, as well as Creekview Park’s convenient location between the City of Acworth and City of Kennesaw offering plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment options that include Swift Cantrell Park, Acworth Beach, Lake Acworth, Cauble Park and a picnic, cabana and playground area.

Currently, the community is in close-out with only seven lots remaining. “This community is a rare find in Cobb County,” states Henson. “It’s very unique in character with great amenities, large lots and three-car garages. The community is not dense and the homes are not right on top of another.” Stonemill Creek boasts of beautiful amenities like community clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, playground and private seven-acre park with walking trails and picturesque landscape.
Terraces at Depot Park
Terraces at Depot Park is a new Kennesaw townhome community priced from the $300,000s. Featuring only 38 townhomes, this community is perfectly located walking distance from downtown Kennesaw.
