VIP List for 83-home community is now open
Fischer Homes is excited to announce Sweetbay Farm, its first Lawrenceville community. Developed by Grand Communities, LLC, Sweetbay Farm is a $40 Million development on 33 acres off Sweetgum Road. The 83-home community will be built in two phases with an anticipated three-year build-out.

Floorplans will range from 1,600 to 4,000 square feet, including 5-level, two-story, and ranch-style options. Plans offer numerous flexible design options, including lower level recreation rooms, lofts, pocket offices and expansive owner’s suites.
