Fischer Homes, a top 30 U.S. home builder, announces Kyle Treloar has been promoted to Vice President of Acquisition and Development of the Atlanta Division. Treloar joined Fischer Homes in February 2023 as Land Manager in Atlanta.

In his new role, Treloar spearheads land development efforts to ensure the prompt and budget-compliant delivery of high-quality lots and communities. He also leads the Atlanta land acquisition team to meet the company’s land priority objectives and secure a sufficient supply of homesites to support Atlanta’s ongoing growth.
Treloar brings a broad range of experience to his role, having worked in project development, construction management, engineering, design, project financing and land acquisition. His entrepreneurial spirit has led him to start and manage multiple companies focused on land development.
Originally from South Dakota, Kyle Treloar earned a bachelor’s degree in geological engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. He is a LEED-accredited professional and holds an Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
A proud Atlanta resident, Treloar takes advantage of his free time to enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, hunting, fishing and biking.
