*On a home to be built, the pre-payment of a Finders’ fee will be paid within 7 days of the home starting construction only if the following items are completed prior to the start of construction:

  • Receipt and acceptance by Fischer Homes of a written unconditional loan commitment from a Fischer Homes approval.
  • The deposit to start the home must be a non-refundable deposit as outlined in Fischer Homes Real Estate Broker/Agent Agreement.
