  • Hot smoked sockeye salmon served with mizuna, yellow polenta grits and yuzu Hollandaise
  • Chateau Ste. Michelle Eroica Riesling 2009

Third Course

  • Braised pork cheeks served with pickled cherries, wild mushrooms and sweet potato hash
  • Chateau Ste. Michelle Artist Series Meritage 2007

Fourth Course

  • Washington Apple-Red Velvet Cake served with cardamom apple butter and brown butter icing
  • Chateau Ste. Michelle Ethos Late Harvest Riesling 2005
