Are you looking for a romantic night under the stars, but the gusty winter winds have you staying inside by the fire? Although the weather outside may be frightful, you can still enjoy an evening of holiday music under the stars at the Tellus Science Museum.
On Saturday Dec. 18 at 7 p.m. and again at 8 p.m., you can enjoy a unique concert unlike anything you’ve ever heard or seen. Acclaimed New Age composer and musician Jonn Serrie will be performing music from his Christmas CD “Upon a Midnight Clear” while the visual effects of the Tellus planetarium play above your head.
After the performance you can finish up your holiday shopping by purchasing one of Jonn Serrie’s CDs. He also will be on hand to autograph each copy.
The event is recommended for adults, and will make for a perfect date night. The cost of attendance for each performance of this intimate concert is $15 for members and $25 for non-members. A cash bar and special appetizer menu will be available before each amazing show.
Seating is limited to 120 people per show, so you must act fast to take advantage of this exclusive evening. For more information, visit the Tellus Science Museum website or call 770-606-5700 extension 431.
