Edward Andrews Homes (EA Homes) ranked first in the residential real estate category and fourth overall on the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2018 Pacesetters list. The Pacesetters list gives recognition to the top 100 fastest-growing private companies in Atlanta.

This is the fourth year in a row that EA Homes has been acknowledged for is rampant growth into new markets. From 2015 to 2017, the builder enjoyed an astonishing 372 percent growth in revenue. In the same years, the builder’s closings increased from 157 to 372 a year. 2018 is expected to be even more successful, with an estimated 400+ closings predicted.

To qualify for the 2018 Pacesetters List, companies must 1) be based in the 20-county Metro Atlanta Area, 2) have grown in sales by more than 50 percent during the previous two years, and 3) have amassed between $1 million and $300 million of revenue in 2017.
