Nationally recognized Beazer Homes builds houses and communities that families are proud to call home. VP of Sales and Marketing Melanie Mickie joins this week’s All About Real Estate segment of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio to discuss the builder’s latest new Atlanta communities and limited-time savings.
Built on a solid family foundation, Beazer Homes has been building new homes across the country for more than 25 years but, according to Melanie, the company’s history truly began in the 1600s by an English builder named George Beazer.

One community located in the Buckhead area of Atlanta is Morningside Towns. Priced from the $460,000s, this collection of three-story townhomes offers home designs ranging from 1,880 to 1,892 square feet with three-to-four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. Residents enjoy an easy commute thanks to the community’s intown locale and easy highway access, as well as a community pool.
Townhomes are also available at White Oak at East Lake in Decatur. Priced from the $300,000s, townhome designs range from 1,873 to 2,468 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space with three-to-four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. Popular shopping, dining and outdoor recreation options are all nearby for residents to enjoy.
Alternatively, single-family opportunities are available from the $420,000s at Mountain Park Overlook in Woodstock. Ranging from 2,816 to 3,489 square feet of living space, home designs offer plenty of space to grow with four-to-five bedrooms and three-and-a-half to four-and-a-half baths. Residents enjoy plenty of popular shopping, dining and recreation options nearby.
With even more room to accommodate a growing family, newly opened Enclave at Daves Creek features single-family homes ranging from 2,826 to 3,719 square feet of impressive living space in a desirable Cumming, Georgia locale. Homes start from the mid-$400,000s and feature five bedrooms and three-and-a-half to five-and-a-half baths. Residents enjoy easy access to golf and park destinations as well as popular dining options.
