Davidson Homes is honored to announce the achievement of two Gold OBIE Awards at the 42nd Annual OBIE Awards Ceremony. The award-winning builder was recognized in the Single Family Builder Detached (Builds 26-100 homes/year) $800,000 and Above and the Best Building Design – Attached Model $500,000 to $599,999 categories. Named for the obelisk shape of the award, the OBIEs began in 1980 and have grown to feature over 100 categories specific to the homebuilding industry, honoring the excellence and skills of industry leaders.
Every year, home builders from across metro Atlanta clammer to put together the best representation of their company to win a coveted OBIE Award, presented by the Sales and Marketing Council on behalf of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. With most entries beginning the process of compiling their requirements much earlier in the year, this labor of love led to an opulent night in October 2022 that celebrated the excellence present in the Atlanta homebuilding industry. From new homes and remodels to marketing materials, the 42nd OBIE Awards applauded the incredible talent here in the metro area. Gold – Single Family Builder Detached (Builds 26 to 100 Homes/Year) $800,000 and Above
At this year’s 42nd OBIE Awards celebration, Davidson Homes took home the Gold award for The Seaside Plan at the Village at Towne Lake.
