“We are thrilled to grow the David Weekley Homes brand among another generation of homebuyers in Cherokee County,” said Adam Cornett, Atlanta Division President for David Weekley Homes. “Our 55+ Encore by David Weekley Homes communities at Glenhaven at Ridgewalk and Crescent Pointe at Great Sky have performed exceedingly well among active adult buyers. We believe Havencroft will prove an ideal fit for growing families drawn to the excellence of the schools, access to employment hubs, a multitude of dining and shopping destinations, a wealth of wonderful recreational pursuits, and homes crafted to fit the way modern families live. Our LifeDesign℠ floor plans at Havencroft are created to live large with open concepts, unfettered sight lines, easy traffic patterns from one room to the next, flexible living spaces, innovative room placement, and an abundance of windows that flood each room with natural light. Add to that the unique community feel of Woodstock’s downtown area, and we’re expecting a highly positive reception among family buyers.”
