Danielle Camerata-Gill Named 2019 Rookie Salesperson of the Year at OBIE AwardsAtlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Danielle Camerata-Gill with The Providence Group for being named the 2019 Rookie Salesperson of the Year at the 39th Annual OBIE Awards. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given to those working in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

Danielle decided to make a career change to new home sales in January 2018 and joined The Providence Group as a Sales Assistant. As a Sales Assistant, Danielle supported Community Sales Managers on their days off by representing their respective communities and The Providence Group. This was natural for Danielle because she had personally built a home from The Providence Group and knew the builder’s processes and could explain it easily to prospects.

The VP of Sales quickly saw that Danielle’s work ethic and enthusiasm made her an ideal candidate to grow into a Community Sales Manager role. She was promoted to a Community Sales Manager in June 2018 and was assigned to Ruth’s Farm and The Reserve at Providence. In June 2018 she was also awarded one of The Providence Group’s top townhome communities in Alpharetta – Chelsea Walk. These three communities offer a variety of product to sell. Single-family homes in the $700,000 to $950,000 price range as well as townhomes priced from the $500,000s to $630,000s.

Prior to working for The Providence Group, Danielle was in the hospitality industry for over 20 years throughout Las Vegas, Oregon, Disney, Europe and Atlanta. That experience prepared her to naturally go above and beyond for the needs and issues pertaining to all prospects and buyers and give them the best overall experience possible. Danielle was awarded the Top Salesperson for Eliant Surveys with a 99.4% Customer Satisfaction. Eliant is the company The Providence Group uses to survey buyers throughout their homebuilding process.

Another key item for Danielle’s success has been her Weekly Wednesday What’s Happening Report to each buyer under contract giving them an update on the construction status of their home. Danielle includes pictures and explains to each buyer what the next steps will be in the construction of their new home.

Danielle has embraced the builder’s CRM program and uses its features to grow her business. She is very disciplined to enter each prospect and Realtor into the CRM program and create effective follow-up tasks, notes and all relevant data on their timeframe for buying, desired price range, etc.

Danielle is creative in developing ways to re-engage and get prospects and Realtors back out to The Providence Group communities. She also provides her buyers with updates on what is going on locally in Alpharetta to just help reinforce what a great community and area they have decided to call their new home.

In her short time as a Realtor, she has developed strong ties with the Realtor community which has resulted in repeat co-ops bringing their clients to purchase a new home with Danielle. She schedules broker office visits and presentations to discuss her community, incentives and distribute community collateral.

Consistent communication is a theme to this successful sales agent. Danielle stays in regular contact with all departments within The Providence Group including the Design Studio, Purchasing, Construction Sales and Marketing and the closing department.

From June 2018 to March 2019, here are some of her top accomplishments:
