Blue River Development, a key player in the real estate development industry, announces the addition of Dalton Duriez as a Land Acquisition Manager. With a diverse background in national and regional home building and land acquisition, Duriez is poised to contribute to the growth and success of Blue River Development (BRD).

Duriez’s journey in the industry began with a summer internship at Pulte Homes prior to his senior year of college. This evolved into a full-time construction manager position with Pulte in Nashville. He then transitioned to Beazer Homes, moving into new home sales and eventually being promoted to General Sales Manager. After a successful seven years in Nashville, Duriez joined Davidson Homes in Atlanta as a Land Acquisition Manager, where he honed his skills in securing strategic land deals.

Duriez focuses on land origination in his day-to-day role, seeking new deals to feed the pipeline for Blue River Development’s network of national and private homebuilder clients, including Blue River Communities (BRC) and Blue River Lifestyle Communities (BRLC).

A graduate of James Madison University with a degree in Business Management, Duriez holds a Realtor license in Georgia, OSHA certification and GSWCC stormwater certification.
Residing in Roswell, Duriez balances his professional life with a passion for golf, tennis, hiking, hunting, being a football fan and enjoying time with his young family.
