This 2,350-acre project rests among gentry slopes and creeks and, upon completion, will feature:
- 3,400 single-family homes
- 200 lofts over commercial and retail space
- 350 luxury apartments
- 400 townhomes
- 250 active-adult ranch homes
At the heart of it all will be a city center, similar to Avalon and Atlantic Station, with:
- 500,000 square feet of commercial and retail space
- 200,000 square feet of office space
- A central lawn for community gatherings and events
The entire development will also boast 50 miles of walking, hiking and walking trails that interconnect all phases with 40% greenspace.
