Located in the beautiful town of Milton, homeowners in this community have access to top-rated shopping and employment opportunities. Fall seasonal events are finally here for Milton residents to enjoy!

Every Wednesday through October from 3 to 6 p.m., residents in Milton traverse the stalls of the Milton Farmers Market to find crisp, fresh vegetables, fruit and more. Take advantage of the professionally inspired kitchens at Crossroads by picking up fresh produce to create delicious fall recipes to get into the spirit of the season! The highly anticipated annual Crabapple Fest takes place on October 2 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., rain or shine. Residents can enjoy more than 100 antique and art vendors that feature one-of-a-kind items, a perfect start to the holiday shopping season. A large television will be set up in the heart of Crabapple for football fans to watch the big game while enjoying delicious food. The festival is truly an event for the entire family and even leashed pets to love!

Continue the festivities with the community-favorite event of the season on October 25 at Carvin’ in Crabapple! The bring-your-own-pumpkin event takes place from 2 to 5 p.m. and the city of Crabapple provides all the tools necessary to create a spooky (or silly!) jack-o-lantern creation! Don’t forget to bring Tupperware to bring home discarded pumpkin seeds to bake a delicious, salty snack. The kids will love the complimentary crafts, games and face painting!

Vickery

Germany might be far away but the excitement of the 5th annual Victoberfest is right in Cumming! Hosted by Cherry Street Brewing and Cherry Street Taproom on September 25 and 26, visitors and residents of the community come together to celebrate the fall season. Enjoy live music, authentic German beer, a Biergarten, costume contest, games and more. A covered tent provides extra space for social distancing. The Cumming County Fair and Festival is the event of the season. Delectable fair food, thrilling fair rides and guaranteed fun awaits the entire family at the Cumming County Fair and Festival. Buy tickets in advance to skip the line. Pricing for visitors 11 and up is $10 each and under 10 are free. Expect featured performances from Josh Turner, Yellow Brick Road and Alter Eagles.

The Artisan at Victory

Located in Acworth, The Artisan at Victory is a beautiful collection of active adult bungalows. Starting in the $400,000s, homes in this community feature large front porches and access to a community garden, scenic walking trails, bocce ball courts and a gathering pavilion. The Lake City Cruises partnered with the city of Acworth and downtown Acworth merchants for an exciting event, free to the public! The $5 entry fee for all participants supports Horizon Field, an all-inclusive special needs sports facility in Acworth.

This event earned Best Event of the Year by the Georgia Historic High Country Regional Travel Association in 2018. Choose your favorite scarecrow of the season while also enjoying the vibrant downtown area of Woodstock.
