Like many other couples searching for the perfect active adult community, Fred Saffir and Wilma Libar did their fair share of homework before deciding to call Soleil Laurel Canyon home.

During their search, the couple who resides in Plant City, Florida came across Soleil Laurel Canyon’s Sneak-a-Peek home program through Soleil’s website. Intrigued by the ability to experience the Soleil lifestyle with a three day, two night stay at one of the furnished inventory homes located on the sprawling 330 acre resort inspired community in the north Georgia Mountains, the couple wasted no time making their reservations.

During their stay, the couple was treated to personalized tours of Soleil’s 5,000 square foot sales gallery and design center as well as the community’s luxurious 28,000 square foot clubhouse. They also had the chance to spend time with actual residents.

“Obviously Soleil put their best foot forward in the house where we stayed, but it showed what was possible for us,” said Saffir. “We spoke to several people at the clubhouse, but more beneficially, struck up a conversation with one resident couple outside of their home. They invited us in and we spent 45 minutes or so with them which really gave us a great perspective about Soleil and their home construction process.”

The couple was so impressed with Soliel and its Sneak-a-Peek program that they wasted no time signing their home contract. They are set to move to Soleil in mid-December.
