Colby Henson, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Red Oak Homes, was recently featured on the Atlanta Real Estate Forum radio show where he talked about the work we have been doing over the past couple of years.

Red Oak Homes, a small local builder, has been building new homes in Cobb County for the last 15 years, and we have been developing for 25 plus years with lots of new communities starting soon thanks to the improving housing market.

For the past few years, we have actively been pursuing communities that were bank owned, finishing them out and then selling the homes.
