Chattahoochee Food Works - food hall in Atlanta

terra alma announces spaces for three food vendors to join Chattahoochee Food Works, an eclectic food hall in Atlanta’s Upper Westside at The Works. To complement the existing mix of stateside and international foods, the real estate brokerage is looking for restaurants featuring ethnic cuisines, including Greek, Persian, Mediterranean or Indian cuisines.

“Atlanta’s food halls are known for cultivating local talent,” said Edie Weintraub, Founder and Chief Community Builder of terra alma. “This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging brand to show Atlanta what it can do in an exciting environment.”

Located in the historic Makers Building on Chattahoochee Avenue northwest of downtown, Chattahoochee Food Works is a 31-vendor, 26,000-square-foot food hall and event space. Guests love the informal community atmosphere, where they can try a variety of affordable food options quickly. Access is easy, and parking is always free, whether surface level or in the multi-level parking deck.

The three available food stalls provide a one-stop shop with hood and utilities included, ready for the new vendors to personalize with their own equipment. The lucky newcomers will gain exposure alongside popular brands such as Your 3rd Spot, Fox Bros. BBQ, Ballard Designs and more. The current food vendors are:
