Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Centricity for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best Marketing Campaign/Promotion-Associate-Budget over $10,000 category. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

The idea for Centricity originally emerged years ago when the Chairman and CEO of its parent company, Bankers Financial Corporation, asked if it could find operational synergies between Bonded Builders Warranty Group (BBWG) and Bankers Warranty Group (BWG). Late last year, the team was given the go-ahead to move forward with a new brand, combining a leading innovator in service contracts with America’s #1 new home warranty provider to form the most comprehensive risk management solution provider, centered around the customer. The result is a service and protection powerhouse, Centricity.

The marketing campaign involved a complete overhaul of all marketing and sales materials from business cards, leave-behinds for potential clients, and the corporate website. The team created all of these materials internally from scratch, staying within budget while meeting the launch deadline.

The most critical component, however, of the new marketing push was creating a logo which demonstrated Centricity’s commitment to understand, anticipate, and meet clients’ needs. All of the materials needed to reflect guiding principles to stay connected, remain committed, and provide convenience and care so it could always stay centered around the customer. The 5 C’s (Connected, Committed, Caring, Convenient, and Centered Around the Customer) laid the foundation for the “C” at the heart of Centricity’s new logo.

The new marketing materials position Centricity to meet the growing demand among smart homes and InsurTech start-ups as well as traditional clientele within the homebuilder space. Centricity’s services – in addition to home warranties for builders and service contracts for retailers – include 24/7/365 contact centers staffed by service professionals who enhance and extend a company’s brand and drive a company’s revenue growth by increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

When the team looked at creating a new brand merging its new home warranty and service and protection businesses, it returned to the very reason Centricity exists. At the end of the day, Centricity is about people helping people. The team is fueled by the passion of a dedicated team of customer advocates who take great pride in providing exceptional service. Every decision keeps partners and customers at the center of the team’s focus. Hence, its new name, Centricity.

The marketing campaign encompassed the meaning of the new brand through a combination of direct mail, social media, email campaign and other communications to over 6,000 clients and customers. Open rates averaged more than 23% for email communications.
