Online registration is required to participate in the egg hunt, and space is limited. Tickets are $5 plus tax per child in addition to the regular museum admission tickets.
The following weekend, Callanwolde Fine Arts Center will be hosting its Eggstravaganza on Saturday, April 19. This annual event celebrates the coming of spring and features thousands of candy-filled eggs to find, including three golden prize eggs, Atlanta Braves games and prizes and a chance to meet the Easter Bunny. Attendees will also be able to enjoy purchasing baked goods, participating in a cake walk, playing carnival games and making spring-themed arts and crafts for kids.
The event will begin at 10 a.m. with the first egg hunt beginning at 11:15 a.m. Tickets for children 12 and younger are $12 in advance or $14 at the door.
