Price says that buyers choose David Weekley homes for many reasons, but one that sets them apart in particular is the included flex-space, which means that buyers can grow with the spaces included in the home. What once was a playroom can morph into a study or retreat or homework space. “Pre-programmed extra rooms allow for configurations and lots of growth.”
