Casey Hill, CEO of Blue River Lifestyle Communities, joins the Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio podcast to share an overview of the homebuilding company. On the All About Real Estate segment, Hill sits down with host Carol Morgan to discuss the types of communities and floorplans Blue River Lifestyle Communities offers and exciting information on its first community, Mayfair on Main in Alpharetta.
Working in the homebuilding industry his entire professional career, Hill spent over 35 years with two of the largest national homebuilding companies in the United States before transitioning to his role as CEO of Blue River Lifestyle Communities. Hill started his career in the industry as a staff-level accountant, later advancing through the organizations to hold various financial and operational roles and eventually working his way up to senior management positions, including division and regional president roles.
Hill said, “Development and homebuilding are two areas I’m very passionate about.”
Focusing on suburban infill opportunities, Blue River Lifestyle Communities is a division of Blue River Development created to take advantage of the niche, underserved markets in the metro Atlanta region. The homebuilding company prioritizes developing and building communities centered around revitalized suburban downtown areas such as Alpharetta, Roswell and Duluth. Witnessing homeowners migrating out of urbanized neighborhoods, including Buckhead and Midtown, Blue River Lifestyle Communities provides housing for individuals who want the suburban home without sacrificing the live, work and play lifestyle.
Hill said, “We believe that providing elegant, well-appointed homes in these suburban areas is an excellent opportunity for Blue River Lifestyle Communities.”
The first community by Blue River Lifestyle Communities, Mayfair on Main, is in the charming city of Alpharetta, featuring desirable walkability and amenity-rich living. With easy access to the downtown area and surrounding cities, Mayfair on Main is just a half-mile walk from exciting shopping, dining and recreation, nestled between two major thoroughfares – Roswell Street and South Main Street. The community will consist of 24 lots, 13 single-family homes and 11 townhomes that offer exceptional living. Both single-family home and townhome plans will provide residents with open-concept layouts highlighting connected kitchens, living and dining areas, spacious primary bedrooms with elegant ensuite bathrooms and flexible secondary bedrooms with own private bathrooms.
Hill said, “I think Mayfair on Main is an excellent example of the type of communities that Blue River Lifestyle Communities will bring to the market!”
