Andrew Gagne joins Blue River Development as its new Chief Financial Officer. Bringing a wealth of experience from his tenure as VP of Finance at Davidson Homes in Huntsville, Alabama, and his prior positions at Pulte in Atlanta and Nashville, Gagne is set to direct finances at Blue River Development (BRD).

As CFO, Gagne assumes responsibility for overseeing all finance and accounting operations, capital raising initiatives, and underwriting for Blue River Development and its affiliated homebuilding entities. Gagne’s extensive industry expertise is superbly complemented by his tenure in public accounting at prestigious firms such as PwC and EY in Atlanta. His versatile experience encompasses both assurance and advisory roles, providing invaluable insights across the spectrum of client needs, from privately held enterprises to publicly traded corporations at every stage of their lifecycle. With such a multifaceted background, Andrew stands as a pivotal figure poised to navigate and excel within the dynamic landscape of Blue River.
An Atlanta native, Gagne’s return home is not just a professional transition but also a personal homecoming. “Atlanta is home, and it feels good to be back,” Gagne stated, reflecting on his new role and its significance to his family, including his wife and three young children.
In discussing his goals for Blue River Development, Gagne expressed his ambition to “provide financial support to the development company as it grows into the next phase, ensuring the right underwriting to mitigate risk while accurately presenting the potential upside of each project.” He is particularly excited about contributing to the growth of Blue River Communities and Blue River Lifestyle Communities, focusing on maximizing profitability while minimizing risk.
