Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Homes Division and Marketing Results, Inc. for winning a Gold OBIE in the M60 Best Marketing Campaign/Promotion-Associate-Budget under $10,000 category. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

The New Homes marketing campaign goal was to create consistency with the branding already  created for the New Homes Division. Its presence, message and branding appears in many channels — builder books, online ads, website, newspaper ads, magazine print ads, signage, brochures, promotional items and more.

The goal was for all the materials to be immediately recognized as part of the New Homes Division brand and create a positive synergy across each message, channel, and outlet.
The team created a basic consistency in all of our materials using the same common elements and utilizing the New Homes black and silver “look and feel.”

The New Homes brochure has been distributed at new home conventions, homebuilder events and through Berkshire Hathaway’s Corporate Relocation department to companies making a move to Atlanta. The team used its promotional materials at local housing summits and any other events attended including internal events with the 23 branches and over 1400 agents. The materials are a marketing tool to promote new home communities, services to new home builders and recruit new agents.

The team has created a very professional and sophisticated brand standard for the New Homes Division that remains consistent throughout all materials. The campaign has been successful in letting the Atlanta home builders and developers know that BHHS New Homes Division is a leader in new homes sales and marketing
