As the Executive Vice President of EdgeLine, Becca Graydon is a leader and innovator in the Atlanta construction and real estate market. A dedicated professional with a proven track record, her projects grace the local Atlanta skyline and nationwide in Phoenix, AZ, Reno, NV and Columbia, SC. Graydon stands out as a role model in the industry as being one of the only minority women currently holding an unlimited General Contractor license in Georgia.

She began her career in the architectural design industry after relocating to the east coast over two decades ago. Graydon has worked from coast to coast on architectural jobs, focusing on design development, the constructability of each building, and construction administration. While working with general contractors, she discovered a keen interest in contracting from the ground up. She traded in her pencil for a hard hat and started building and does not plan to stop any time soon.

Throughout her career, Graydon has worked on all types of construction projects, including commercial, retail and mid- and high-rise residential communities. However, she has found her home in multifamily construction, specifically focusing on high-density, urban infill student housing projects. 

Her outgoing personality, positive attitude and ability to organize and lead have led her to successfully deliver over 2,000 units and over 3,500 beds across the country valued at over $450 million.

Graydon’s comprehensive experience gives her a unique commercial real estate development and construction perspective. With her addition, EdgeLine is poised for continued growth in the metro Atlanta and Sunbelt region. 

As a California native, Graydon enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, working on and riding motorcycles, and feeding cookies to her pugs.
