Neal Davis and Andy Dimarzio are this week’s guests on Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Neal talks about building Atlanta new homes and his work with the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and Andy shares what homebuyers want in a new home.
Neal Davis is the president of Neal Davis Homes and the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Neal is a certified professional home builder who has been building homes in the Atlanta area for 15 years, specifically on the Southside of the city in areas including Peachtree City, Coweta County and Lagrange.
In addition to building homes, Neal has served on the board of directors for the Atlanta Home Builders Association for the past 8 years. He is currently the president of the association, and talks about the benefits of joining including the fantastic continuing education opportunities. He also talks about what it means for buyers to purchase a new home from an Atlanta Home Builders Association member.
