Kip McCullough with Keystone Property Inspections is this week’s guest on the award-winning Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio show. Kip talks about the value of home inspections, and his interview is followed by a discussion with Denise Brinson of the City of Suwanee.

Kip McCullough is the owner of Keystone Property Inspections and Atlanta Mold Testing Services. Kip is an Atlanta native who after working with a general contractor for 10 years founded Keystone Property Inspections in 2007.

Keystone Property Inspections specializes in residential home inspections, infrared thermal imaging, mold testing and radon testing. Despite the economic depression, Keystone has stayed busy. During the downturn, most of their inspections were on foreclosed properties which generally had several issues, including mold, due to the utilities being turned off and lack of maintenance. Whether you’re buying a new construction or resale home, it is the biggest investment you will make in your lifetime, so it’s important to know what you’re buying. However, in addition to a home inspection before buying, you should also get your home inspected periodically to help catch and prevent problems with your home.
