Kevin Morrow and Butter Smith are this week’s guests on Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Kevin shares ways real estate agents can promote content through social media, while Butter talks about the high quality products of Paran Homes.

Kevin Morrow is an implementer and engager and not a social media guru. However, Kevin has worked in the real estate industry in a variety of roles that have allowed him to create or syndicate content from various builders across the web.

Real estate agents, if you’re looking for social media content that you can use to promote yourself and your services, Kevin suggests that you pull information from your area of expertise aka your locale. By staying informed on local community openings, homes that are available, price points and more, you’ll not only become more knowledgeable, but you’ll also find great content to share that will establish you as the local expert. Search for information on builders’ blogs or through services that promote builders, put your own spin on it and then push it out into the social media universe.

Our next guest is Butter Smith who is the president of Paran Homes. Butter has been in the construction business for more than 15 years, and two-and-a-half years ago he started Paran Homes with his partner Whit Marshall.

Paran Homes saw an opportunity to buy properties at a great value during a time when many builders were struggling to stay afloat. They started off building just a few properties in select locations, but have since grown to twenty communities. Their motto, “with Paran Homes…it just adds up,” means that you’ll not only get a great product with unbeatable quality, but you’ll also receive post-sale service. Home buyers can truly purchase their new home with the peace of mind of knowing it has been throughly checked by multiple members of the Paran team.
