Harcrest Homes strives to make the home building experience enjoyable for everyone involved from bankers tocontractors to home owners. This dedication is what drives new business referrals and builds loyalty among the different companies and individuals they work with. Currently, Harcrest Homes’ hottest subdivision is located in South Forsyth. Habersham at Laurel Springs is almost completed, with the builder recently signing the last contract to build a few weeks ago. This community has thrived even during the downturn because of buyers’ trust in the company, and their eagerness to have Harcrest Homes build them their dream home.

Our next guest is Terry Russell who is the CEO of Front Door Communities. Front Door Communities, founded in 2007, is made up of home building professionals who work together on a number of projects around the southeast.
Currently, Front Door Communities has no projects in Atlanta, but they are working hard to grow their company in the Atlanta market. The ideal Atlanta project for them would be something small where they could build homes as infill. The company really envisions themselves as leaders in suburban and urban infill and housing development, but they also work with banks to manage several distressed projects and golf clubs.
