Beth Bond, curator of sustainable news with Southeast Green, is our next guest on this week’s radio show. Southeast Green, which was established five years ago as an aggregate for press releases and news stories on sustainability, is the leading sustainable news source for the southeastern United States.

While Southeast Green is mostly geared toward businesses, the site does offer a section for consumers. One of the biggest consumer resources on the site is the green cleaning tips and “recipes.” Beth encourages all homeowners to reconsider using toxic products such as bleach, and instead use simple, inexpensive recipes with ingredients such as lemons, vinegar and baking soda to make your own green cleaning products.
