Brian Milbrett and Michael Bell are this week’s guests on Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Brian shares how Brettin Solution helps builders save money on overhead, while Michael talks about how Inspirations Design Studio helps its clients design the kitchens and baths of their dreams.
Brian Milbrett is the CEO of Brettin Solutions, a company that provides services for home builders such as purchase order creation, job scheduling, job costing, consulting and a purchasing service. Brian has been in the industry for more than 30 years.
Brettin Solutions was created to help home builders reduce overhead costs by providing pay-as-you-need services. The company uses software designed by Kova Solutions. This fully-integrated program tracks customers’ actions from the time that they enter the site and register with a builder, all the way through to the warranty process. Agents can then use this information to better serve their clients, and turn leads into sales.
Here’s how the software works: buyers visit the website and can explore floor plans and options such as the addition of a three-car garage. The program tracks what the buyer is looking at on the website and the agent can then review what his or her buyers are searching for and make suggestions based on these queries.
