President of Artisan Built Communities, Stephen Haines, is in the studio for today’s episode of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Joined y co-hosts Carol Morgan and Todd Schnick, the group discusses Artisan Built Communities’ new Model Home Park and Design at Nature Walk at Seven Hills and its upcoming grand opening event.
Prior to becoming president of Artisan Built Communities earlier this year, Haines spent over 20 years in the homebuilding industry serving in positions that include Vice President of John Weiland Homes and Neighborhoods, Division President of Meritage Homes and Division President of Beazer Homes. Haines is glad to be a part of Artisan Built Communities and is looking forward to incredible things the company has planned.
Artisan Built Communities believes that everyone should love where they live. Each of their communities brings together great architecture, amenities and nature to create a place that homeowners can enjoy without having to leave home. Amenities include water park-inspired pools, tennis courts and miles of scenic walking trails. At Nature Walk at Seven Hills, homeowners in the community’s active adult section enjoy their own private amenities and events in addition to the others already available.
In addition to their incredible amenities, Artisan Built Communities is also proud to introduce its brand-new Model Home Park and Design Center at Nature Walk later this month on September 12! Anticipated to be the best model complex on the west side of Atlanta, the Model Home Park will feature three fabulously designed model homes showcasing each product line offered within the community. These plans include the Rabun from the Active Adult Series, the Dalton from the Farmhouse Series and the Savannah from the Estate Series. Each model home is meticulously designed and are located all in one location for one-stop home shopping.
Along with the three model homes, the brand-new Design Center will also be located within the Model Home Park. Here, all the choices homeowners need to make for their new home can be found in one comfortable space. Previously, selections were made through notebooks in a 10X10 room. The new updated Design Center boasts 250 square feet of space filled with cabinets, hardware and other home features that homeowners can see and touch in person. A 55-inch television will be available to demonstrate features as well.
To celebrate the new Model Home Park and Design Center, Artisan Built Communities will be hosting a grand opening event Saturday, September 20, 2020, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Nature Walk at Seven Hills. Two food trucks will be serving up delicious eats, a live band will be playing music and several of Artisan Built Communities’ vendors will be onsite to answer questions regarding home features, technology and more. With over 600 people expressing interest already, Haines encourages interest attendees to sign up here through EventBrite.
With the new Model Home Park and Design Center comes a variety of exciting updates to all three of the builder’s home series. Listening to homeowner feedback. These updates include oversized showers with benches in the Rabun plan, as well as newly redesigned kitchens and bathroom options in the Savannah. In keeping up with homebuyer interest in Smart Homes, new tech options are also now available such as Samsung SmartThings appliances, wireless security systems, remote-controlled door locks and eco switches.
