Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Adam Mascola with Copper Sky Renovations for being named the 2020 Remodeler of the Year at the 40th Annual OBIE Awards. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given to those working in the Atlanta new home construction industry.
As a sales representative, Adam brings in 90% of all sales into Copper Sky Renovations, totaling approximately $5 million a year in revenue. He provides the fuel to the machine and opens clients’ eyes to the value Copper Sky provides; he is the perfect first introduction to clients.
Given the current climate, it is critical a company maintain team unity and employee satisfaction. That can be difficult when following COVID-19 (coronavirus) social distancing protocols. Adam has been instrumental in helping the leadership team come up with ways to encourage employee unity to maintain overall team health (mental and physical).
Adam has also helped Copper Sky map out its new protocols dealing with coronavirus in the office, on job sites, and in clients’ homes. With enhanced cleaning protocols, face masks, and distancing with Zoom etc., Copper Sky was able to manage the new normal with little or no impact to its customer base and financials.
With Adam’s leadership during the coronavirus pandemic, Copper Sky will come out on the other end a better company and continue to provide its clients with the best renovation service in Atlanta.
