Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties announces the addition of Steve Hess as VP of Marketing Technology. Steve will lead the marketing technology strategy with scalable platforms to maximize resources and enhance the brand experience for the company’s agents, clients, and customers. He will also evaluate all current digital platforms to ensure that each service provides the maximum return on investment for the company and its clients.

Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway, Steve spent 18 years with Atlanta New Homes Directory serving as Vice President. He spearheaded the AtlantaNewHomesDirectory.com website portfolio, created, trained, and maintained Pura, a new homes dedicated CRM (customer relationship management) and email platform. This platform became the preferred system over many of the mainstream CRMs, including SalesForce, BDX, Lasso, and many more. He also managed a client base of over 600 clients in the southeast with over 4,000 new home communities.
