The Atlanta Design Center concept and implementation took place in 2017 in response to growth and emerging trends in the local market. The new 2,300-square-foot layout provides function with an open floor plan accompanied by strong visuals and minimal clutter. The visit begins with a personalized parking spot marked with new Homeowners’ names as they arrive for their Design Appointment. From there, the welcoming lobby displays a brushed silver company logo against a whitewashed brick façade for an element of sophistication.
The open layout showcases distinct spaces featuring inviting, bright options that are clearly marked so guests never feel stressed. Updated fixtures allow for the addition of the latest cabinetry, countertops and flooring selections, along with a variety of brick, granite and shiplap choices to personalize their home. Two gallery-style kitchen vignettes provide Buyers an opportunity to see and touch the samples and also see them incorporated in their home’s design by showcasing how products fit together.
There are also sections dedicated specifically to showers, fixtures and faucets. The Design Center also features a range of appliance brands, including several state-of-the-art options. High-end kitchen offerings include top-of-the-line cabinets, extensive granite and quartz samples and a generous section of tile and other flooring options. The addition of two private workspaces offer intimate areas for Buyers to review final decorator selections. The design and layout are based on feedback from our Buyer surveys, which averages 93% Definitely Would Recommend.
