Kyle Treloar, Land Development Manager for Fischer Homes Atlanta

Fischer Homes, a top 30 U.S. home builder, announces Kyle Treloar has been named Land Development Manager of the Atlanta Division. Treloar brings a wealth of experience in land development to the team.

“Kyle will be an asset in Atlanta to deliver quality homesites on time and assist in finding additional quality developments,” said Doug Cohen, Fischer Homes Atlanta Division Market President. “His experience running companies in the past make him a self-starter ready to hit the ground running.”

In his new capacity, Treloar will provide oversight of land development projects, including acquiring property and overseeing horizontal development. Additionally, he will work with local governments to ensure developments are following zoning ordinances and regulations.

Treloar has experience in project development, construction management, engineering, design, project financing and land acquisition. He has started and run several different companies focused on land development.

A South Dakota native, Treloar holds a bachelor’s degree in geological engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. He is a LEED-accredited professional and has his EIT.

Kyle Treloar recently relocated to the metro Atlanta area and is excited to move into a new Fischer Home. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, hunting, fishing, and biking. He is already planning on exploring a new mountain range and is ready to say goodbye to the frozen west.
