In his new capacity, Treloar will provide oversight of land development projects, including acquiring property and overseeing horizontal development. Additionally, he will work with local governments to ensure developments are following zoning ordinances and regulations.
Treloar has experience in project development, construction management, engineering, design, project financing and land acquisition. He has started and run several different companies focused on land development.
A South Dakota native, Treloar holds a bachelor’s degree in geological engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. He is a LEED-accredited professional and has his EIT.
Kyle Treloar recently relocated to the metro Atlanta area and is excited to move into a new Fischer Home. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, hunting, fishing, and biking. He is already planning on exploring a new mountain range and is ready to say goodbye to the frozen west.
