Traton Homes had a golden night on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2014 as it was honored with four Gold awards during the 34th Annual OBIE Awards hosted by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Receiving awards for both building design and marketing, Traton Homes continued its award-winning success.

“We are thrilled to once again be recognized with OBIE Awards for our construction, merchandising and marketing efforts,” said Kimberly Garwood, director of marketing for Traton Homes. “Over the past 43 years, we have built a solid reputation in the homebuilding industry, and these awards are a testament to the great work that happens here at Traton every day.”

Traton Homes’ four Gold OBIE Awards included:

  • Montgomery Park – Single Family Builder-Detached (50+ Homes/Year) $350,000 to $424,999
  • Lafayette Square – Best Interior Merchandising – Attached Model $300,000 to $449,999
  • Pinterest Perfect Model Home Campaign – Best Email Marketing Message
  • Pinterest Perfect Model Home Campaign – Best Social Media Campaign Builder/Developer

Montgomery Park is an extraordinary traditional neighborhood design community located in Marietta within walking distance of Marietta Square.  The community provides a low-maintenance lifestyle and features a community park, dog park and sidewalks throughout.  Only five homes remain at this popular community, priced from the mid $300s.

Lafayette Square is a luxury gated townhome community located in Sandy Springs.  This community offers both three-story and two-story with basement townhomes, priced from the $300’s.

Launched in conjunction with the grand opening of its award-winning model home at Lafayette Square, the Pinterest Perfect Model Home campaign was launched in the spring of 2014.  Traton Homes has now won Best Email Marketing Message and Best Social Media Campaign two years in a row.

“As the metro Atlanta real estate market continues to pick up speed, it is so important that Traton’s message of “Altogether More” quality and value is at the forefront for homebuyers to see. Throughout 2014, we have opened several new communities and model homes, and expect to be just as busy, if not busier, in 2015 as we not only grow in Atlanta, but expand into the Charlotte market as well,” added Garwood.

The OBIE Awards are the premier event in Atlanta’s residential building industry with awards given in more than 100 building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement categories. For more information on this year’s OBIE Awards, visit www.AtlantaRealEstateForum.com/OBIEs.
