Traton Homes is honored to have been chosen as a Best of Cobb winner for 2023. Cobb Life magazine readers voted Traton Homes as the Best Builder in Cobb County for the third year in a row. In addition, Traton’s sales agent Alicia Sipsy was voted the county’s Best Real Estate Agent.

Alicia Sipsy is an accomplished new home sales agent who has worked for Traton since 2017. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Alicia has sold thousands of homes and has received several acknowledgments for her outstanding performance. She was recognized with a Phoenix Award from the Cobb Board of Realtors in 2022 and was fifth in sales volume in 2021. She also received a 2022 Spirit Award from the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council. Currently, Alicia works as a sales agent at East Park Village in Kennesaw and continues to use her expertise and knowledge to help Traton customers find a home that fits their individual needs.
