Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Taylor Morrison for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best Realtor Promotion – Developer/Builder category for its Keys to Success program. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

To continue to help grow the Taylor Morrison brand in the Atlanta market, the national builder believes it’s important to build relationships and maintain a high level of excitement with the people who are out there in the trenches, fighting the “good fight” every day – real estate agents and brokers. To do that, Taylor Morrison Atlanta launched a promotional program that continued for a six-month period.

For every house sold, the agent would receive a key that entered him or her in a chance to win a lease on a brand-new Mercedes-Benz. At the end of the promotional period, Taylor Morrison plans to host a grand event in which all eligible real estate brokers and agents will be invited. At the heart of that event, one key will start the engine to a Mercedes-Benz® C300. For that lucky key holder, Taylor Morrison will pay the monthly fee for a three-year lease.

Taylor Morrison Atlanta generated both excitement and engagement by promoting the program via social media posts, sending e-blasts to its extensive network of real estate professionals, taking flyers to broker offices and explaining the promotion to agents when they toured the communities. The promotion was well received by real estate professionals, and the agents even began competing against each other by confirming the number of keys they will receive when they sold more than one home from one month to the next.
