Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Kelly Fink for being named Marketing Director of the Year at the OBIE Awards. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

Kelly Fink, vice president of marketing and online sales for The Providence Group, LLC, a Green Brick partner, currently oversees the marketing efforts for over 20 Atlanta new home communities, including the builder’s 600-plus home master-planned community, Bellmoore Park. The communities range from the mid $200,000s to $1 million and include townhomes, single-family homes and custom homes. She also manages the online sales program which contributes 43 percent of company sales and has produced 319 kept appointments.

During the last 12 months, Kelly’s marketing efforts have helped produce 10,322 traffic units to the builder’s communities, 363 company sales (157 from Online Sales Program), $170 Million in sales volume ($72.5 Million from Online Sales Program), 2,338 online leads, 219,164 website sessions, 125,335 website users and 1.5 Million page views.

One of her largest projects, spanning five months, was the launch of the company’s new website (front and backend transition) including an advanced responsive design, interactive site plans, and upscale layout and navigation. Kelly was solely responsible for uploading new photography, videos, pins on interactive site plans, creating new content and copywriting, plus testing the site on her own prior to the official launch.

As the company’s spokesperson, Kelly is interviewed 50 times a year for a local TV show, Atlanta’s Best New Homes. She also handles radio interviews for Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Additionally, Kelly is in charge of all social media efforts, including writing the company’s blog posts. She also coordinated drone and land videos designed for the website, sales centers, social media and other marketing efforts.

Kelly earned her MIRM, Master of Residential Marketing, in 2006 and is the 2016 Chair of the Institute of Residential Marketing (IRM) through the National Association of Home Builders and has served on the IRM Board of Governors since 2013. She is one of only nine active MIRMs in the state of Georgia. She is a past Chair of the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (2014) and served on the board since 2008. She is also a member of the Professional Women in Building Council.

Kelly is the 2016 Chair of the NAHB’s Institute of Residential Marketing (IRM) and has served on the IRM Board of Governors since 2013. In this role, she assisted in selecting the 2017 International Builders Show (IBS) Super Sales Rally moderator and speaker panel. She is a past Atlanta SMC Chairman (2014) and served on the board since 2008 and is a past judge for the Charlotte MAME Awards. Kelly was a speaker at IBS (2009 – 2015) including online sales, social media and realtor outreach topics and was submitted for two sessions for IBS 2017 (website, interactive kiosks and video marketing).

It will be hard to find another marketing director so strongly dedicated to her company marketing efforts, industry involvement and family responsibilities while producing such impressive results! Congrats to Kelly Fink!
