The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates Del Webb for winning a Gold OBIE in the Community of the Year-50+ Housing category for Sun City Peachtree in Spalding County. The OBIE awards are the premier awards in the new home construction industry.

Sun City Peachtree is a Del Webb active adult community 35 miles south of Atlanta in picturesque Griffin, Georgia.
