Adams Homes joins us in studio for today’s All About Real Estate edition of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Representing the team from Adams Homes is Judy Mapp, sales and marketing manager, and Michael Kruszynski, general manager of the Atlanta division.
Adams Homes was founded in 1991 in Florida, and entered the Atlanta market in 2007 when it purchased a local builder. As the housing market slowed, Adams Homes chose to close the building operations in metro Atlanta, but it did keep basic operations here in order to maintain the communities that were already built. Just recently, in January 2014, the team decided to pick back up with new home construction in metro Atlanta.
Currently, Adams Homes is offering presales at five communities on Atlanta’s Southside. Buyers can find homes in Morrow, Griffin, Hampton and Jonesboro that are priced from $119,900 and feature three to five bedrooms. The first homes in metro Atlanta will be available to close in October.
Adams Homes is offering an incentive for home buyers that includes $5,000 in options to use any way they want. In addition, agents can receive a three percent commission, as well as be a part of the VIP plan when they continuously bring in buyers.
One of the things that makes Adams Homes distinct is that it offers a larger selection of ranch home plans than most builders. Another unique selling point for Adams Homes is large home sites, with many of them offering one-plus acres of land!
Adams Homes also distinguishes itself from the rest of the market by being what it describes as a quality, affordable home builder with custom options. Homes come standard with features such as luxury vinyl plank flooring, standard showers and tubs, and covered rear porches. Then, from there, buyers can customize the homes to include the features they want.
