Basinger and her design team are known for creating neutral living spaces with bold elements: incorporating distinctive trim, wide plank flooring and their talent for elevated design to highlight the beauty and functionality of Southwyck Homes’ custom model floorplan.
Stevie Collective brings its signature style to the new Crossroads community to design and build a farmhouse-style model home. The interior and exterior of the fully furnished home are designed by Basinger’s team. The model home is quickly approaching the drywall stage and will be ready for homebuyers to tour soon.
