Michael Shinners, CMCA, AMS, PCAM – Michael comes to Beacon from a luxury high rise condominium with a staff of 18 in the heart of Buckhead. He has a bachelor’s degree in technology and mechanical engineering and over 15 years of experience in association management. He also served as the Vice President of Management Services for an Atlanta-based company.
Yvonne Reyes is a licensed Community Association Manager with a passion for real estate, customer service and solving problems. Prior to Beacon, she worked in the fast-paced Florida market for two major property management companies.
Jennifer Pennington, CMCA, has more than 12 years of property management experience in onsite condominium and large-scale HOA communities. She also has experience with both commercial property management and has earned the CMCA designation from the Community Associations Institute.
Kelle Torregrossa has an extensive background in multifamily management including time working at one of Atlanta’s largest high-rise communities. She is adept at overseeing developer properties, condominiums, and age-restricted communities. Kelle graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business.
Larry Haygood is a licensed Community Association Manager who excels at overseeing his portfolio of properties. Larry has experience managing multifamily communities and large-scale projects and holds a bachelor’s degree in operations management.
