Trilith in Fayetteville Wins Master-Planned Community of the Year

Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Trilith in Fayetteville for winning Master-Planned Community of the Year. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards awarded to new home builders and developers in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

Located just south of Atlanta, a walkable town is rising across the street from the biggest film studio in the South, Trilith Studios. Built upon research on human flourishing, creativity and new urbanism, Trilith, formerly known as Pinewood Forest, is a place for you to be your best self and create your best work.

Intended as a place where people, and especially professional creatives, thrive, the ecosystem includes a downtown with 12 restaurants, 20 shops, a gem of a performing arts center, cinema, boutique hotel, world-class wellness center, arts district, writers rooms, co-working spaces, an innovative micro-school, 51% greenspace with 54 acres of forest and 1,300 front doors.

The town is built dense like the forest, which is more sustainable, creates a sense of community and is no more than a 10-minute walk to get anywhere in town. Upon arrival, simply park and go. The Wi-Fi-enabled shuttle to the airport connects you to mass transit so you can get anywhere in Atlanta, and anywhere in the world.

Different, on purpose. Trilith is an extraordinary town for the next generation of creators, entrepreneurs and storytellers, built with the help of the South’s greatest entrepreneurs, creators and storytellers. Trilith is not a subdivision of homes or a simply a residential development; it’s your town. The Trilith objective, simply put, is to design a better way to live, and its developers are doing that by successfully and intentionally creating a community unlike any other.
